Indoor Environment Quality Air Quality Sensing on Princeton's Campus
Collaborators: C.H.A.O.S Lab Princeton, NJ
Indoor air pollution has a big effect on our health. It has consistently been placed by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as one of the top five risks to environmental public health. This is particularly alarming when we consider that urban populations spend as much as 90 percent of our time indoors. We have developed an extremely low-cost, highly flexible sensor platform, capable of measuring a wide variety of iAQ metrics with an arbitrary number of nodes supported by our infrastructure.
